Recipe: Hormone-balancing overnight oats
Ingredients
Serves 1
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp nut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
Method
Mash half a banana in a bowl. Add all the dry ingredients and mix.
Add the nut butter, cover with the milk and stir to mix. Place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, cut the remaining banana into thin slices and top your oats with them. Enjoy!
